Cai Luwu, male, Hannationality, was orn in 1968. A member of the Communist Party of China, he currently serves as Director of the Collection DepartmentandSecretary-Generalof theAuthentication Center for Involved Cultural Relicsat the Hubei Provincial Museum.He holds the title of Research Librarianandserves as a Responsible Authenticator for ceramics in cultural relics import and export, appointed by the National Cultural Heritage Administration. He is also Expert Member of the Cultural Relics Authentication Committeeat theHubei Provincial Cultural Relics Bureau.
